Initial take 45-60 minutes. We want to make sure we have all the information we need to help you make an effective and realistic care plan.
Follow-ups will encompass checking and testing baselines from initial assessment, continued corrective exercises, soft tissue mobilization, dry needling, patient education and adjustments if necessary!
Follow-ups take between 20 and 30 minutes. Come prepared to move!
The Recovery Pass is great for the person looking for an extra recovery advantage. Recovery appointments involve joint manipulation, soft tissue, cupping, and dry needling depending on your needs that day.

SISU Saturday is another free event designed to improve the overall health of our community. Once a month we get together as a group and invite the public to join us. During these get togethers we try a new physical activity like biking, hiking, weightlifting, rock climbing, yoga, and many more.
